Regina Hutcheson

Bookkeeping/Payroll

 

With more than three decades of bookkeeping and payroll experience, Regina Hutcheson has training in QuickBooks, QuickBooks online, general bookkeeping and payroll services. Additionally, she has the knowhow required to fill Sales Tax, Franchise Tax, and Business Property Tax Returns. Regina's decades of experience come with speed and accuracy.

Rachel Ketchie

Payroll

 

Rachel Ketchie attended the University of Oklahoma for three years before transferring to BYU to complete her degree in accounting. Mrs. Ketchie has over six years of experience in the financial services industry. Mrs. Ketchie’s experience also includes  QuickBooks, tax preparation for Individuals, payroll and accounting services for an oil and gas company.

Michael Allford

Administrative Management

 

Michael Allford has spent years in administrative roles across a variety of industries, from public schools to insurance to healthcare, not to mention running her household as a military wife and mother to two daughters. Her diverse background has given her the experience required to ensure that Ascension CPA’s day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Sarah Landrum

Sarah Landrum

Administrative Assistant

Sarah Landrum has been a client-facing administrative assistant with Ascension for three years and has over 15 years of administrative experience in the medical field. Outside of Ascension, she enjoys reading, sewing, crafting, and cheering on the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Cassidi Heltcel

Certified Public Accountant

 

Cassidi Heltcel brings two decades of experience in finance and accounting to Ascension CPA and Consultants. In addition to managing the firm’s operations and workflows, Cassidi assists with client budgeting and forecasting, tax preparation, financial advising, and project management. 

One of the most interesting parts of the job is the exposure to a variety of different industries and people, as well as the challenge of finding new and creative solutions to the issues that our clients face.

Certified Public Accountant

 

Jamie Ward worked as a credit analyst encountering businesses who struggled to put together the information they needed for the bank to make an informed decision. This inspired him to help businesses understand the value of maintaining up-to-date financial information to properly manage their affairs.

Jamie truly enjoys looking over financial statements of businesses and putting together a complete picture of their history; better yet, he finds it rewarding to show the business how they can use their history to change the future.
